Mary’s Place and Mercy Housing Northwest will develop co-located permanent affordable housing alongside a new shelter facility for families experiencing homelessness on the site of the current Mary’s Place family shelter in Burien.

90 units of permanently affordable housing at 60% of AMI, with 30 units at 0-30% AMI, affordable for Mary’s Place families
larger 2-4 bedroom units fill a critical need in affordable family housing
a more efficient and sustainable family shelter for over 200 family members each night
affordable housing and family shelter uniquely co-located on the site will provide a more integrated solution to family homelessness
coordinated management, services, amenities, and community resources between Mary's Place and Mercy Housing Northwest
