Holiday giving program

Can you help bring joy, make spirits bright, and fulfill family’s holiday wishes?

UPDATE:

Although we are no longer accepting toys for the year, you can always support our families by purchasing gift cards that will continue to be distributed to families across our programs – and are a high need for our mobile outreach program for families to purchase gas and groceries. We’d love to accept $25 gift cards to places like Safeway/Albertson’s, QFC/Kroger, and general Visa cards, which can be sent to us at PO Box 1711, Seattle, WA 98111.

You can also make a direct donation to our No Child Sleeps Outside campaign which runs through the end of the year, to ensure more families can come inside to safety this winter.

Each year we count on our community to ensure that kids and parents at Mary's Place can celebrate the joy of the holiday season and share gifts with each other. And you are always there to help! Whether it’s purchasing and sending the most anticipated toys of the season for little ones, or providing gift cards for teens and parents to shop directly - your generosity brings so much joy and hope!

GIFT CARDS

This year, our biggest request to the community is for gift cards. These will be distributed to older kids, teens, and parents staying in shelter and to those living unsheltered and working with our outreach team so that they can do their own personal shopping for each other.

Gift cards can be purchased for retail stores like Target, Walmart, Fred Meyer, TJMaxx , or Amazon. Please purchase in values of $25, $50, or $100, and be sure to write the value on the gift card. You can mail them to Mary’s Place, PO Box 1711, Seattle, WA 98111, or drop off at our Donation Center listed below. 

SHOP FOR KIDS

We have hundreds of kids in shelter ages 0-12 who would love a great new toy this holiday season! If you’re interested in shopping for a specific toy, our most requested toy list is HERE. You can also shop our Amazon Wishlist if you prefer to order and ship.

If you would like to create a Giving Tree and include tags with a specific toy, you can download this Giving Tree Tag document and write in toys from this list. 

MAKE A CASH DONATION AND WE’LL SHOP FOR YOU!

Visit our donation page and make a cash donation that will allow Mary’s Place to directly purchase the toys or gift cards that are most wanted by our families.

Please drop all unwrapped gifts and gift cards at our Donation Center, listed below, by Monday, December 9 to ensure our families can enjoy them!
