ALLEN FAMILY CENTER

The Allen Family Center in South Seattle is open from 9 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday at 3190 South Martin Luther King Jr. Way, Seattle. It’s just off the Seattle Light Rail Line at the Mt. Baker station.

Families can access free resources from community partners Mary’s Place, BrightSpark, Mercy Housing, and Pathways to Progress Alliance, including:

• community events

• child and caregiver playgroups

• diapers, clothing, pantry staples, and basic needs

• childcare resources

• culturally responsive early childhood development, family support, and youth programs for immigrant and refugee families

• kid’s play area

• family showers

• family homelessness and housing navigation services

• shelter referral
