renting to a nonprofit organization
rent an apartment or home to a family
For many families in our community, a bump in the road can lead to homelessness. Without a safety net, an illness or injury, a sick child, a job loss, or a divorce can be financially as well as emotionally devastating. As these families get back on their feet, an opportunity to rent an affordable apartment or home of their own is life-changing!
we believe that everyone deserves a home
Mary’s Place works with hundreds of families experiencing homelessness every day. We provide families with information about available rental units (from studios to five-bedrooms) in their desired price range and neighborhoods of interest in King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties and beyond.
If you are a landlord or property manager interested in learning more about renting to a nonprofit organization like Mary’s Place, we would love to talk with you! The goal of our Housing Services Program is to fill your vacancies with a Mary’s Place family that meets your criteria. Some of our families are connected with rental subsidy programs, and others have the financial means to independently pay the rent, they just need the opportunity to identify housing. Email Ashley Kenny, Housing Location Manager, at ashley@marysplaceseattle.org, to schedule a conversation today.
